“ALYOTIG” Limited Liability Company was founded in 2009 (registration number: 87.110.01360, registration date: 3 July 2009; TRN: 08617423; legal address: 18 R. Minasyan Street, Apartment 6, city of Kapan, Syunik Marz).

The Company was founded for the specific purpose of carrying out the recycling of production dumps stocks produced and being produced in tailings as a result of activities of "Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine" closed joint-stock company, for further extraction.
It should be emphasized that another objective of the Company is to address current ecological and environmental protection issues through phased recycling and removing the millions of tons of dumps stocks in tailings.

Since its establishment, the Company has been actively pursuing its goals, conducting numerous studies on tailings dumps and developing relevant technologies.

To achieve its goals, the Company also undertook a legislative initiative, resulting in the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On an investment project to process industrial dumps accumulated and being accumulated in Voghji, Pkhrut, Artsvanik tailings as well as industrial dumps produced and being produced by “Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine” closed joint-stock company” on 23 June 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the Law).

 

Moreover, a number of important areas have been regulated by the Law, including:
 

• The Company holds the technological developments related to the effective and complete processing of the rocks accumulated and being accumulated in the production dumps resulting from the processing of the content extracted from the subsoil.
• Upon the entry into force of the Law, the ownership right to the state dumps accumulated in the Voghji tailings and Pkhrut tailings shall be transferred — by virtue of the Law — to the Company for the purpose of execution of the Investment Project.
• From the moment the dumps accumulated in the Artsvanik tailings until 31 December 2011 inclusive, as well as the dumps of the Artsvanik tailings are transferred to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia, they are transferred to the ownership of the Company by virtue of the Law.
• By virtue of the Law, the tailing transportation system dumps are transferred to the ownership of the Company from the moment they are transferred to the ownership of the Republic of Armenia.
• “ALYOTIG” Limited Liability Company has been and is continuously and uninterruptedly operating since its establishment in 2009 up to now.
